What kind of real estate investments Daimyo makes?

In real estate projects related to smart housing, student rentals, co-living, health care and other mix-used commercial properties in Canada.

Can I purchase stock directly through Daimyo Real Estate?

No. We do not issue stocks and we are not publicly traded at the moment. However, one may invest in one of our specific real estate projects.

Does Daimyo have a board of directors?

Yes, We have a board of directors composed of professionals in Architecture, Optometry, Real Estate, Business and other backgrounds.

Does Daimyo have a prospectus to provide ?

No, do not require one. The firm is prospectus exempt under the family, friends and business associates exemption (FFBA).

Does Daimyo have a patentable business model?

Yes, one of its subsidiaries is working on two patents in the USA related to toilets and shower automation that will be divulged at Christmas 2021.

What kind of contracts are available for me if I already have a property and want it managed?

We offer fixed income, or revenue sharing.

How often do I see returns?

Returns are provided monthly.

What kind of experience Daimyo has for management?

We have a distinct business model with a proven track record. We have managed an estimated CAD $60 000 000 in real estate assets in Canada.

Does Daimyo do Airbnb or other forms of short term rentals ?

No, we do not engage nor subcontract any companies that rent under 28 days. They rent for an average of 6 months to their sub-tenants and provide them with a large array of services.

All the companies we do business with follow the by - laws guidelines for the cities in which they operate.

How long can Daimyo manage my house for?

Minimum of 3 years. You are completely free of your housing investments! Only collect the payments.

Will I ever have to talk to the clients ?

Never, Daimyo has subsidiaries and other partner companies that will find clients ( tenants) and provide them with additional services to create value for Daimyo’s clients, you !

The management has a combination of 23 years of property management experience and managed over 50 houses and served more than 4500 clients through its subsidiaries. Your house is in good hands.
